Training

At Lexington, in addition to our business solutions related courses and workshops, for example on MiFID, Operational Risk Management and Compliance, we also offer a range of project and programme orientated skills training. Our focus in this area is on tailored solutions and we do not operate a public schedule of open courses. 

However, we do have a range of courses that have been developed to assist with or form part of specific Client solutions.  These can be made available, simply as a standard course or can form the basis for tuning to meet your specific needs.  Before delivering a course, whether standard, tuned or bespoke, we would always want to ensure that: 

• The training needs are correctly identified
• The right people are to be trained and want to be trained
• Post training, staff are able to transfer their learning into the working environment
• The timing of the training provision is right
• Appropriate non-training interventions back at work are in place to support and reinforce the training
• The training is linked to measurable business benefits
